Cash flow coaching

Most small businesses don't fail because the owner is bad at the work. They fail because cash runs out. Profit on paper doesn't pay the rent; cash in the bank does. Cash flow coaching gives you a simple weekly routine so you always know where you stand.

What we'll work on

Common questions

What's the difference between profit and cash flow?

Profit is what's left after expenses on paper. Cash flow is when the money actually moves. You can be profitable and still broke if customers pay late, inventory sits on shelves or a big bill lands the same week as payroll.

Do I need accounting software?

It helps, but it's not required to start. Many owners begin with their bank statements and a simple spreadsheet. If you already use QuickBooks, Wave or similar, we'll use what you have.

How fast will I see a difference?

Most owners feel calmer within the first two or three weekly money meetings, because the surprises stop. The bigger wins, like a cash cushion and steady owner pay, build over the first 90 days.
